Developer Lab
Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to the use of developerlab.nl. They are short because the site is: it describes our work and does not sell anything.

Information, not an offer
The pages describe the practices and projects of Developer Lab. They are information, not an offer. Work only starts after we agree on it in writing, for example in an accepted quote or a signed agreement.
The terms in that quote or agreement apply to the work. Where they differ from these site terms, the agreement prevails.
Intellectual property
The texts, diagrams, interactive boards, design, and code of this site belong to Developer Lab, unless stated otherwise. You may read them, link to them, and quote short parts with a reference to the source. Copying or reusing larger parts needs our written permission.
Names and trademarks of other organisations, such as the projects and tools mentioned on this site, belong to their owners.
No warranty, limited liability
We keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct, or always available. Decisions you take based on it are your own.
To the extent permitted by law, Developer Lab is not liable for damage that results from using this site or from it being unavailable. This does not limit liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Links to other websites
The site links to websites of others, such as wijmobiel.nl. We have no control over those websites and are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this site. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Changes
